FEATURES
The MMKC App was developed using the Google Appsheet environment. Appsheet allows for no-code development to create an app using data from your Google sheets or other databases. Appsheet uses built-in encryption to keep data safe.
The app provides the following features:
Membership Registration
Member RSVP
Member event performance entries
Pay membership and entry fees using external payment links via Square/Venmo/Zelle
Event check in (committee members)
Income and expense tracking (committee members)
Installation STEPS
INSTALL APPSHEET
Download and Install: "AppSheet" App by Google using the Apple/Google link
LOGIN
Log In to AppSheet App using your Gmail, Microsoft or Apple ID
For renewing members, use your registered email ID
BOOKMARK MMKC APP IN APPSHEET
Open the MMKC App Installation link to bookmark MMKC App in Appsheet
Tap "OPEN/INSTALL" if prompted to in AppSheet
REGISTER, PAY FEES & RSVP/PERFORM
Update Membership: Go to the "Membership" tab, update your details, select the membership type from the dropdown menu, add the payment method and “Submit” the liability waiver form.
Pay Dues (If Applicable): If you haven't paid your membership dues, go to the "Pay MMKC" tab. Pay the dues by the same payment method that you have opted during the membership form in step 4.
RSVP: Go to the "Events" tab and select event to RSVP or submit Performance Entry.
Guest fee: If you have guests/parents accompanying you for the event when you RSVP, you can pay the guest fees (according to your membership tier) in the same "Pay MMKC" tab.
